Tabitha House gratefully acknowledges the generosity of The Mitchell Swaback Foundation, which made the first-class, multi-phased renovations of our third floor residential dormitory.
To date, the Swaback Foundation volunteers have donated a great number of hours towards the completion of this entire project, which enables us to provide services for an additional 25-30 people in need.
The outpouring of your help is outstanding. The quality of service and spirit in which the volunteers completed this awesome project was full of integrity and always done in a timely manner. The Foundation even went the extra mile by providing bed linens.
As a result, we are able to upgrade our services to include a computer room with internet capabilities for resident training and job search.
Thanks to The Mitchell Swaback Foundation our little shelter is becoming more and more efficient and a place that our residents can be proud of. It is foundations like The Mitchell Swaback Foundation that help support our mission by coming together to help make a difference in the lives of the many people that we serve. Without your commitment, our task would have been difficult.
We give our heartfelt thanks to you for joining forces with us to make a difference. In this current economy, we understand the value of the contributions from our financial donors and volunteers. We know that our volunteers and donors are the heart and soul of Tabitha House. Your continued support to our community and to the many homeless women and children that we serve is priceless.
