Harvest Compassion Center
On June 1, 2011, the Harvest Compassion Center opened its’ doors serving families in the Phoenix Metropolitan Arizona. Operated with a staff of volunteers and partnering with Harvest Bible Chapel North Phoenix, the HCC is meeting the needs of hurting individuals and their families. The economy and lack of work has brought many people into the center that can no longer provide the basic essentials for their families. The HCC strives to be more than just a local food bank.
For starters, it’s set up like a store (view photo gallery), where guests are able to shop and choose their desired items. Likewise each guest is encouraged to pick out clothing items including undergarments, shoes, socks and more. After visiting the HCC each guest is encouraged and faithfully prayed over that the items they received will be a blessing.
The HCC is greeting an average of 50 families a week while being open on Monday and Wednesday mornings and Monday evenings. Since opening our doors the HCC has met and visited with over 300 families from the local community. The HCC is completely free to the public. Each guest is allowed one visit a month and is only asked to provide proper identification. The need is greater than we ever expected, and our prayer is that with the help of other businesses, schools and churches together we can continue to make an impact!

The Harvest Compassion Center looks beautiful! The Clothing Center is first-class...thanks for working so hard to make your clients feel respected. Might the Lord richly bless your ministry in 2012 - for His glory and for the good of those in need in the Phoenix area. - Craig Parro

I love the new logo! Thank you for posting pictures so we can see how it looks inside. How I wish I lived close by to actually volunteer my time. I'm so pleased to be a partner in this most amazing project yet!

My name is Mary I was at our Center last night. I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness, and for your praying for with me. I made it home read my bible and I was relief and I slept really well!
I would like to offer my services for any volunteer work in the future, as soon as I get a vehicle I can start helping in any way, for the mean while I will let some of my community partners know about your services, so they can help with donations and referred families in need.
Again thank you and God bless you and your family for the wonderful work you are bringing to the community.
