Cuna Daycare Center in Manchay, Peru

On September 16th 2005 MSF sent a group of twelve individuals to work on the New Daycare Center. The team included six journeymen carpenters and six helpers that helped complete two 20’x40’ classroom buildings and one kitchen building. Work consisted of installing a roof, suspended ceilings, ceramic floors and several small projects to help complete Phase 1 by October 1st for there grand opening. This was the first mission’s trip for most of these individuals and the experience of serving and helping others has impacted their lives forever.

MSF is committed to help with Phase 2 that will be starting in the spring of 2006. We will be spending two weeks with two teams working one week each.

If you are interested in partnering with us on this project please contact us at 847-593-7120 or email Bob Swaback.

Our Mission

Mitchell Swaback Charities was started October 15th, 2004. Our purpose is to continue to impact individuals, organizations and families as Mitch has done so many times. We want to continue Mitch's compassion to serve in missions, the church and to honor God in the way Mitch did on a daily basis. We will continue to form partnerships that will allow us to expand our ministry.

Through the many opportunities that surround us, we look forward to making a difference.

We will honor the Lord in all we do. Learn more >>

Mitch's Story

For 23 years our son Mitch etched memories into the hearts of everyone he met. He was as real as they come. What he meant to us and to so many others now belongs to the legacy we will cherish forever.

At Mitch's going-home service Pastor James MacDonald used one word that best described Mitch: "Maximum." Read more >>
